Weight Loss, Minus The Cardio

My personal preference towards cardio is always evolving... I've loved it in the past, all-out boycotted it for a while, and now I'm currently learning to love it again.

Regardless - my stance on cardio as it relates to weight loss remains the same

It's not NECESSARY for weight loss! In fact, ramping up cardio can ramp up some people's appetites so much that it makes weight loss even harder ( I get so ravenous when I'm running that I actually back off whenever I'm ‘dieting’).

If your cardio is only making your life hard-io…. Why not try a different approach? Like combining a slight calorie deficit with a weight training program?!

Weight training taught me to view exercise as a way to strengthen, respect & condition my body - instead of viewing it as necessary torture for burning calories. When I started manipulating my calories through healthier eating instead, THAT'S when I started seeing changes

Whether you love to run, lift weights, practice yoga, or move your body in some other way - exercise however you want - and leave the weight manipulations to your nutrition.

If your goal is to get leaner and build sexy curves, I can help with that structured plan. Oh, and you won't have to give up cake either or carbs or any food you don't want to give up. Learn more about my 12 Weeks to Fitness group coaching program here
