What Should I Make For Dinner?
“What should I make for dinner?”
When you state that question in your head, does it evoke a sense of rage as it does for me? It just never ends!
During busy weeks especially, it’s tough for our brains to come up with delicious & healthy meals the whole family will enjoy!
Instead of turning to takeout, try these 3 quick, easy, and very customizable meals to enjoy the next time you ask yourself “What should I make for dinner?”
3 Quick & Easy Meals
Stir Fry
You literally cannot go wrong! There must be some protein, vegetable, and grain combinations that everyone can agree on! Sauces can be on the side or have an option for white rice and cauliflower rice. The possibilities for variety are endless!
Tacos
Who doesn’t like tacos? Variety galore here as well and everyone can build their own meals. And if you count macros, it’s REALLY nice to be able to adjust your portions easily. Need more protein? Load up the chicken!
Pizza Night
We buy FlatOut pizza crusts and everyone makes their own. Jasper loads his up with cheese and red sauce, and Brett and I prefer a light brushing of olive oil and some fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
Keep it as simple (and flavorful) as that!
If your goal is to get leaner and build sexy curves, I can help with that structured plan. Oh, and you won't have to give up cake either or carbs or any food you don't want to give up. Learn more about my 12 Weeks to Fitness group coaching program here.
