Time-Saving Meal Prep Ideas
Let's be honest; you're not going to lose weight or get in great shape unless your nutrition game is on point. For most of us, that means eating more meals from home & fewer convenience foods.
But when you're working full time AND trying to keep your kids alive, you don't exactly have an abundance of free time to work with, right....?!
Here's how you can get smarter with the time you do have:
1️. Meal prep. Do most of your cooking at once & make extra portions you can pack up for work. Use time-saving equipment like food processors, handy veggie chopping thingy's (Clearly I can't remember its name, but DM me for the link of the one I'm obsessed with), crockpots, and/or insta-pots.
2️. Don't want to wash/chop/prep all of it yourself? Buy it pre-prepped! Broccoli florets, chopped brussels, spring mix, pico de gallo, chicken tenders... the bagged stuff won't last as long, but if you can eat it fast enough, the convenience can't be beaten! *Pro tip: set up an online weekly grocery order with all your staples!
3️. Don't want to cook at all? Meal prep services allow you to eat extremely healthy, balanced, and fresh meals that only require a few minutes to heat up in the microwave! I've used Done For You Meals before & hear great things about BistroMD from some of my clients.
If you've got body goals, then you have to eat right. But you don't have to spend precious hours in the kitchen every day to make that happen.
Work smarter, not harder, right?
If your goal is to get leaner and build sexy curves, I can help with that structured plan. Oh, and you won't have to give up cake either or carbs or any food you don't want to give up. Learn more about my 12 Weeks to Fitness group coaching program here.
