Elevate Your Veggie Game

Why do so many people shy away from vegetables? Because let's be real—most veggies aren't exactly bursting with flavor on their own.

Whether you're on a weight loss journey or aiming to embrace a healthier lifestyle, incorporating more vegetables into your meals is essential.

But guess what?!

You don't have to suffer trying to get down bland bites.

"Spend" some macros/calories on making your veggies actually TASTE good so you WANT to eat them!

  • Herbs & seasonings can make a HUGE difference.

  • Cooking methods (like roasting veggies) can make a HUGE difference.

  • Adding cheese, oils, or other toppings/condiments can also make a HUGE difference.

In the summer I love creating oversized bowls of salad. Not only do they provide a generous serving of veggies, but they also pack a punch of flavor.

And the best part?

They're a breeze to assemble without much hassle.

Here are 3 of my favorite mouthwatering salad recipes to get you started:

Easy Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad: I swap feta for cotija cheese & omit the pistachios. This recipe is always a HUGE hit. I make it all summer long & modify it each time for a little variety.

Mexican Street Corn Salad: Elote salad 🤤 I swap the sour cream for nonfat Greek yogurt & reduce the mayo to make it more macro-friendly. Whenever I have leftover habaneros to use up, I add them to the mix 🔥 If you like it hot, I highly recommend it.

Spicy Mango Slaw: Two words – SO GOOD!

Summer is the perfect time to savor the abundance of fresh produce nature has to offer & prove that vegetables can be the life of the party!
